Whatever brings you here, I welcome you to contact me for an initial chat. We can figure things out from there.
About me and my practice
My practice is built on my personal experience (in life, and in my previous career as a business consultant) as well as my professional training as a counsellor.
I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic and authentic counselling relationship, with a focus on mid-life and career challenges.
I use Zoom for online video sessions, and also work in-person in central and south London (Soho; London Bridge / Borough; Brixton / Herne Hill; West Norwood).
Experience
I spent over 25 years as an international business consultant. And a few more thinking about what is really important in life.
Having worked through some of my own challenges, and with experience of the life-enhancing benefits of counselling, I retrained as a counsellor myself, and am now focused on mental health and well-being.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients from my South London base, and am also a Personal & Professional Development (PPD) group facilitator for counsellors in training.
